Community Batik Projects

Triptophonic Studios caters traditional batik classes for children and adults.  So what is Batik?  It is an ancient Indonesian art of painting on fabric using wax and special dye.  It takes a lifetime to master, but everybody can enjoy this unique process and create a master piece for themselves right away.

We always have friends and customers loving the vinyl prints on our display windows.  These trendy and whimsy graphics are definitely special to us because Frappe Design team incorporate our little chihuahua into the design and made her a mascot for the studio.

Triptophonic Studios is Moving!

Thank you for supporting us this summer.  We have great news, Triptophonic Studios is moving! ... not too far, just across the street from our current location, and we are sure you are going to love our new place.

Our new premise is really cute, it has an outdoor fenced-in garden that enables us to hold art classes and more.  Here's the preview ~~

Located next to Cate Gourmet/ Cate & Company, at the back building with the quaint garden.

As cool as the space already is, we will be revamping the premise to our true calling.  Please kindly note, Triptophonic Studios will be closed from November 15th onwards, and re-open at this new location in April 2011!
